Rental Agreement Policies

The rented item(s) shown on the renter’s invoice are the property of WineCup Event Rentals LLC and are rented subject to the agreement for rental charges stated and for the period of time noted.


All rental time revisions should be requested and confirmed 10 days prior to rental date. Additional charges may apply.


Renter acknowledges that failure to make rented items available for retrieval within the contracted time, and or the sale of rented items is prohibited.


Renter agrees that the item(s) will be used only at the address designated and for the purpose for which the item(s) was manufactured and intended.

If the rented item(s) is lost, stolen or damaged while in renter’s care, regardless of fault, renter is responsible, and shall remit to WineCup Event Rentals LLC, upon demand, the full retail replacement value.


If the rental item return instruction are not followed, additional charges will be assessed and collected from Renter.

Renter is solely and completely responsible for verifying that his / her / their rental order is complete and accurate when delivered by WineCup Event Rentals LLC Team member.

Our delivery fee is included in full event package pricing only. All individually rented items will have a $50 delivery fee within our delivery area.

Deposit Policy

Payment terms for all rentals will be 50% of contract total as deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.
